What We Believe

we believe Christ died for our salvation, so a cross is prominent in front of the church

Christ died and was resurrected for our salvation.

WE BELIEVE…

The following information gives a clear picture of the beliefs of the members of Grace Bible Church.  This information is available in a brochure at the church for those who are interested.

GRACE BIBLE CHURCH EXISTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF:

1)      Exalting the Savior – He is worthy of all our praise, honor, and glory.  All that we have and all that we are is because of Him and He is to have first place in everything.  (Col.1:18)

2)      Evangelizing the world– Religion will get no one to heaven.  The Bible teaches that only by faith in God’s Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, will a person gain eternal life. (Romans 10:9-11)

3)      Edifying one another who are believers – The Scriptures teach that we are to build one another up in the Word, work, and will of the Lord. (Romans 14:19; 15:2)

4)      Equipping believers to do the work of the Lord – We are not only to be hearers of the Word, but we are to be doers also. (James 1:22; Acts 1:8)

GRACE BIBLE CHURCH GOAL:

Our Goal is simply to reach the world for Christ.  Our outreach extends to the entire community.  We desire to help meet your spiritual needs and believe that they can only be met through the grace, love, mercy, and power of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

For you who are looking for a church, the fellowship is sweet and the love is warm among the members of Grace Bible church.  We look forward to worshiping and serving together with you…soon!

GRACE BIBLE CHURCH SHARES THE SALVATION MESSAGE:

Man is sinful – Romans 3:23
For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

Sin has a penalty – Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life    through Jesus Christ our Lord.

God loves us – John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on Him should not perish,
but have everlasting life.

Christ paid the penalty – Romans 5:8
But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Salvation is a free gift – Ephesians 2:8-9
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of
yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any
man should boast.

Accept Christ now – John 1:12
But as many as received Him [Christ], to them gave He power
to become the sons of  God, even to them that believe on His      name.
